CloudKit MCP

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

The service

CloudKit MCP lets you register your own Apple CloudKit container and exposes its public database, read-only, to AI agents over the Model Context Protocol. It is provided free of charge, as-is, without warranty of any kind.

Your responsibilities

  • You're responsible for the CloudKit container and server-to-server key you register, and for complying with Apple's CloudKit and Developer Program terms.
  • You're responsible for keeping your API token secret and for what any client holding it can do — read your public database and infer its schema.
  • Don't use the service to access data you don't have the right to access.
  • Don't abuse the service (excessive load, attempts to breach other users' data).

No warranty, limitation of liability

The service is offered "as is" with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or unauthorized access resulting from a leaked token.

Termination

We may suspend or delete a registration that abuses the service or violates these terms, without notice.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
